I see pics of them together from like...8 months ago. Nothing indicating it was romantic, but Elliott doesn't strike me as BJA's type. He's got a VERY specific type, and Elliott definitely doesn't hit that chord. Who can say though? Anything is possible.

I watched the English Teacher again with a friend, we both were just amazed how good it is -So gay, so funny in regards to teachers, so adult -and it got made and celebrated on mainstream TV and is getting so many nominations. Can't say I have seem much like it on a basic cable channel (FX). Streaming only is where shows like Queer as Folk and Uncoupled usually fall, where the gay men are permitted to be sexual.

i hope Ebeling is charged with making a false police report, and the LA prosecutor seeks the most aggressive carceral sentence in line with the typcial sentence for the crime he falsified. If you get two years in jail for sexual assault, you get two years in jail for falsely accusing someone of sexual assault.
then, i hope BJA sues Ebeling for millions for libel & defamation. Ebeling said he was raped, and, unless he is a transgender, that’s objectively a lie in California.
my final hope is gay rights organizations support BJA’s legal defense and campaign against this horrific hate crime against the gay community that uses the nonsense trope that homosexual men are really sexual predators of men who fuck women. men who fuck women are the oppressor class for gay men, the class who commits all gay bashing, the class who hate us for existing as homosexual. heterosupremacy is not ok, certainly not in California.

I am SO disappointed to tell you this, but the rules that exist in your head about what isn't sexual assault aren't real. California penal code defines forcible oral copulation as sexual assault, and it's not defined as gender or sexuality specific.
Jon never said he was penetrated, the only time the word rape was used when he texted Stephanie immediately after Brian forced oral on him during filming. He filed a report for sexual assault, not rape. All of his public allegations have been about forced oral sex, and intimidation.
And again QUOTE from Brian's LAWYER
”He does not dispute the act but argues that because their previous sexual encounters were consensual, Alvarez assumed the same would be the case here.”
There is no false accusation. Brian admitted the act happened, via his lawyer. For both instances.
Whether Jon consented the first time or not is up to the Los Angeles legal system, but the second time he never said yes.

As as we all know, one of the primary reasons sexual assault and rape are rarely reported and even more rarely prosecuted is because it is nearly impossible to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, so victims - if they can get past the shame of the act and the fear of stigmitization - don't feel like it's worth the trouble to pursue charges. Satistically it is estimated about 30% of sexual assaults are reported, and of those, only 5-10% get prosecuted. In total less than 1% of *REPORTED* sexual assaults lead to a conviction.
Facing those odds, it is no wonder so few victims come forward.
